At India House, we take pride in serving flavorful, handcrafted Indian cuisine made fresh daily. Our goal is to ensure every guest leaves satisfied — whether you’re dining in, picking up, or ordering online.

That said, we understand that things can happen. Here’s how we handle refunds or order issues:

If Something’s Off, Let Us Know

If your order is incorrect, missing items, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your food. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right — whether that’s a replacement, credit for a future visit, or a partial/full refund, depending on the case.

No Refunds for:

  • Items mistakenly ordered by the customer

  • Leftover food or partially eaten items

  • “Not what I expected” complaints for clearly listed menu items

  • Delivery issues caused by third-party apps (please contact the app directly)

Catering Orders

For large/catering orders, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Orders canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a partial refund or store credit only depending on prep time and ingredients already used.
